Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations, plan changes, and payment obligations for the use of Mindful Auth, a service provided by Porfolio LLC.

1. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

  • Automatic Renewal: All paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
  • How to Cancel: To stop automatic renewals, developers must select the "Free Tier" (downgrade) within the Developer Dashboard.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Downgrading takes effect immediately. Your plan will instantly change to the Free Tier, and you will lose access to Pro or Business features.
  • Account Deletion: Downgrading to the Free Tier is not the same as account deletion. Contact us to permanently delete your developer account.

2. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

Mindful Auth does not offer refunds.

  • No Refunds for Subscriptions: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time.
  • No Refunds for Action Credits: Any additional action credits purchased are final and non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Outages: We do not issue refunds or credits for service interruptions caused by Cloudflare outages.

3. Plan Changes and Action Credits

While we do not offer cash refunds, we support the portability of your action quotas when you change subscription tiers.

  • Downgrade Crediting: Unused "Actions" from your paid subscription at the time of plan change will be credited to your account balance.
  • Upgrade Crediting: When upgrading, your new monthly quota becomes available immediately, with unused actions from the previous tier added as rollover credits.
  • Usage of Credits: Credited actions are consumed only after your current monthly plan quota is fully exhausted.
  • No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. Billing Failures & Service Suspension

In the event of a billing failure:

  • Immediate Suspension: All hostnames will be paused immediately, rendering the API non-functional.
  • Portal Access & Restrictions: The developer portal remains accessible, but you cannot edit configurations until payment is made.
  • Restoration: Service is restored once payment is made in full.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your developer account and all associated hostnames.
  • Any credited actions will be forfeited.
  • You may be barred from creating new accounts or using Porfolio LLC services in the future.

6. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or the Developer Dashboard before any price changes take effect for existing subscriptions.

7. Termination by Porfolio LLC

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account as outlined in our Terms of Service. If your account is terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be entitled to any credits or refunds for remaining actions.
